Text OutKast Overtakes The Hot 100

OutKast owns the top two singles on Billboard's Hot 100 this week. The Atlanta-based hip-hop duo is entering its second straight week at the top with the Andre 3000-led "Hey Ya!" The Big Boi-driven "The Way You Move" featuring Sleepy Brown, jumps 3-2, and also claims the top slot over on Billboard's Hot Rap Tracks chart with a 2-1 gain.

Close behind, Kelis is proving to be the breakout star of the holiday season. Her "Milkshake" is the Hot 100's fastest-growing track at radio, and holds at No. 4. Look for the Neptunes-produced R&B singer to score a high debut on next week's Billboard 200 with her new Star Trak/Arista album, "Tasty."

Alicia Keys soars into the top-10 of the Hot 100 with "You Don't Know My Name." The song is up 14-9, and is already a hit on urban radio. "You Don't Know My Name" jumps 2-1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks tally, knocking R. Kelly's "Step in the Name of Love" down to No. 2. Keys' new J album, "The Diary of Alicia Keys," debuted this week at No. 1 on The Billboard 200.

Jet's "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" is the top debut on the Hot 100, arriving at No. 73. The first single from the Australian garage rockers is also No. 5 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart.

Other notable entries on the Hot 100 include Brad Paisley's "Little Moments" at No. 76, Cassidy's "Hotel" featuring R. Kelly at No. 82, B2K's "Badaboom" featuring Fabolous at No. 91 and Trillville's "Neva Eva" at No. 99.

Hip-hop newcomer Eamon scores the fastest-growing track at retail with his "F**k It (I Don't Want You Back)." In its third week on the Hot 100, the song jumps 85-77. No release date has been set for the debut album from the Jive artist.

Over on Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks roundup, Kenny Chesney's "There Goes My Life" jumps 4-1, sending Toby Keith's "I Love This Bar" down to No. 2. This is Chesney's sixth No. 1 on the country tally.

There are no major changes on Billboard's rock airplay charts. On the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart, Puddle Of Mudd's "Away From Me" leads for the second week, and Linkin Park's "Numb" fronts the Modern Rock Tracks tally for a fifth week.
