Speakerboxxx - SIC!!! The love below - SUXXX!!!

Jesus Q gave it a 9:
Close to 10. Great record. Loved every minute of it except the weird talking skits between tracks. All hip-hop albums do that now. Makes it hard to listen to...having to skip bs stuff. I cannot get enough of this right now. Dre is awesome. And all of you who say he is going too far from hip hop remember another man who was good but went too far away from his roots....he went on to do some good things. His name os Jesus.

Nse E gave it a 10:
I thought 'Elephant' by The White Stripes was album of the year, then this came along. Awesome!!! Every track is a classic, and the humerous interludes ('God', 'Where are my panties') are a scream. Standouts include the lyrically superb 'War', 'Hey ya', 'Happy valentine's day', 'Spread', 'Flip flop rock', 'Reset', 'Knowing, the hidden jazzy track, everything. A classic that defies categorisation. Brilliant!!!

HourKittt gave it a 10:
This album restored my faith in hip hop. It's simple as that. I got scared that everything would turn in to eminem&co-style shit. Until two dope boyz came back and made my day. May their future be a bright one. Praise be.

deuce jake gave it a 9:
Anybody who doesn't like this album should be ripped apart by wild dogs and then slowly fed into the incinerator of darkest hell. If you don't like Outkast you don't like music. And you're an un-American terrorist (just like King George II).

digger dig gave it a 9:
I like every song on The Love Below. I really think "Hey Ya" is the best song. Andre 3000 was a genius when creating this song. I especially like the line"give me some surgar, i am your neighbor ahh" and "shake it like a poloroid picture". Those lines are just genius.

Jessica gave it an 8:
Speakerboxx--I liked to sit down and listen to all the lyrics and beats in these songs. They mix funky soul, rhythm and blues, modern day hip hop and rap. The Love Below--more like a cd I would just put in the player and not pay attention to and use as background music. The mixture of styles were all over the place, they don't flow together. My favorites on Speakerboxxx are Ghetto Muzick(spelling?), War, Church, and The Way you move. On the Love Below, my only favorite so far is Hey Ya. Although these are separate cds, they still work together on some of the songs. I think this cd is a definite for any OutKast fan and for those who are open-minded. The feelings I got listening to these cds range from energetic, sexy, mellow, happy-go-lucky, tough, funny, weird, "what the heck is this!?" (at some points), overall its a good trip.

[Anonymous] gave it a 10:
its totally awesome the beats are tight. Andre and big boi get better everytime

Andrew R gave it an 8:
Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is loads of fun, and I admire the double-album format, but man, this album would've been just perfect if Dre and Big Boi had actually collaborated more. As it is, Big Boi's Speakerboxxx feels like an Outkast album, and all the incredible dopeness that comes with it. Dre's disc, The Love Below, is a fine listen, but it's all over the place and at times too "out there," because Dre knows he's a creative genius and suffers by trying to jam-pack The Love Below with his creativity. It works sometimes-- "Happy Valentine's Day," "Dracula's Wedding," and "Hey Ya!" are all incredibly jumpin'-- but there's just one too many sub-Prince funk ballads to make it a uniformly great listen. And for all of Outkast's innovations, they still haven't learned to make a skit-less hip-hop album. That said, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is well worth the price tag, jam-packed with great tunes (particularly on Boi's disc) and one of the most entertaining releases of 2003 thus far.

Big Worm gave it a 10:
OFF THE HOOK. The lyrics and the level of thought behind them are unmatched, in todays hip-hop culture. Many people will not be able to relate, if they only listen once, or separate what they hear from what they think (your mind and ears should work together, when listening to these albums). I was a little thrown off, initially. But, after further indulgance, I can't seem to stop listening. I've been listening to These brothers (from another mother), since their first release. They haven't let me down yet.

Ram F gave it an 8:
I have to strongly disagree with everyone saying Dre's album was awful. In fact I feel Speakerboxxx is just average. It isn't shwoing me much evoluiton. The Love Below however is genius. The only downsides in my opinion are the interludes: "The Morning After" and "Good Day Good Sir" break the continuity of the album. I would tell people that detest this album to continue to listen. This will be a classic. It is soemthing like The Beastie Boys Paul's Boutique album. Which was seemingly very strange and somewhat unlistenable upon it's release merely turned out to be ahead of it's time. Don't be surprised to see many Hip Hop giants copying 3000's style in future albums. They may not have the commercial courage to make an entire album like "The Love Below", but I can almost guarantee you will here individual songs that experiment outside the boundaries of traditional Hip Hop as muvh as this album does.

k snizzle gave it a 10:
Totally unique and untouchable. Outkast has two minds that work together as one, or in this case two cds that are like no other in the game. That is why they continue to be the best in the game. They are not afraid to do what they feel. Classical, if you don't like it, then you can't appreciate good musick.

bow wizie fisshel gave it a 10:

Ty S gave it a 3:
Bloated with 95% filler this is hardly an enjoyable listen .. Talk about self indulgence !! This should be a 5 track ep .

zach dogg gave it a 10:
pure genius... adrenaline rush on both sides.. Outer Space meets parts unknown.. great job to both.. Speakerboxx the slightly better cd though..

mark c gave it a 10:
greates outkast cd ever

jeremiah m gave it a 5:
Big Boi's album was decent. I dont know what is on the mind of andre. He loosing it more and more every year outkast comes out with a new cd.

omega 374 gave it a 10:
i haven't heard it yet, but i think since big boi and andre 3000 are hot they deserve a ten. Detroit WHAT

ThaG Mannn gave it a 1:
ok...so i pop in The Love Below in to my anxious cd player; my face radiating with an enormous grin, sweat drips down my face in anticipation of the album's ultimate billiance and magnificence. i press the play button--my heart stops and my eyes expand.........the music starts and i don't know what to think, all i know to do is to listen....to listen...to......"What DA (*insert here*)!!!!!" This album was a complete mess, both of them. The love below is not worthy of being...period. I admit that i could have made up a whole bunch of random sayings and put them into a prince song; I definately don't need to pay $18.95 to do so either. The love below just made absolutely no sense whatsoever and i expected, and demanded (with what i just payed!), a LOT more from these albums. The lyrics in Dre's cd were completely oblivious to any meaning whatsoever and totally lowered his potential and actual skill to that of a sex-happy version of the butler from the fresh prince of bel-air. In addition to this utter nonesense, the songs on The Love below were way too short (in relevance to lyrics)--some only lasting a couple minutes (ex. Dracula's Wedding, Take your cool (or whatever its called)). And still those songs managed to have no real meaning. What i did like about it was the last track (or any part...not song...where dre actually rapped...which was about maybe 2 min collectively). I mean that was basically the reason y i got this album--i know big boi and dre can rap...especially when they do it together...though i'm not saying that they NEED each other. That's also y i thought that this album would have been a good investment--seeing the two different styles of rap (and yes i like both). The Love Below holds no bearing in the musical world--only a host of great, great beats put to a shameful waste. Speakerboxxx...well lets just say i was a lot happier when i took the love below out of my saddened and on-the-brink-of-suicide (or homiside...i'm not really sure at the moment), stompped on it a little, cursed it out, then gently placed the Speakerboxxx cd into my player. I knew it couldn't be nearly as bad as dre's cd, so i was able to listen with a lenient ear. To tell u the truth, i actually enjoyed the cd...or at least the first 5 or 6 songs. I mean...great beats, hot lyrics (i love how big boi flows...even if what he says doesn't really make sense anyways). Everything that i wanted outta $18.95 (i'm still kinda mad about that). But despite these qualities, i found that most of the songs were too short and didn't have enough lyrical content to be labeled a song...more like a really cool beat with a couple of words in it (aka...techno...). The funny thing about these cds (don't mind me talking out of place) is that what one had...the other one lacked. This saddened me because it just makes me imagine if they had done one, excellent quality, calibur album. i swear it would have been spectacular (even more so than bentley fondsworth...and yes i actually listened to that absolutely pointless and gay skit). Then, and only then, would i say that this album would have been worthy of being the album of the year. Anyways, back to Speakerboxxx, i also think it was too short as a whole album, due to little skits in between songs and that annoying "speakerboxxx" techno sounding whatever-it-was thing. A lot, (i'd say every song maybe except 2 or 3) of the songs were missing one vital thing--a good hook (where dre should have been). And even though the raps were pretty good on big boi's behalf, it would have been nice in some of the songs to have dre do a little rap...i mean that's y outkast is called outkast right? On the positive, i can't seem to stop listening to "Bowtie" (just cuz i'm a p.i.m.p./ and these things just come natural to me ;-) ). Speakerboxxx/The Love Below (as i aforemention)...was a piece of crap...constantly banging on a drum to be called music. Well...actually more like The Love Below was like that. But, to be absolutely honest i did enjoy two songs from that album--Behold a lady and Spread (kinda took it back old school a little) Speakerboxxx...there was something missing that just didn't make it a good album overall. And for reality purposes, it definately wasn't worth no $18.95! (i still can't get over that...i mean i don't make a lot of money to begin with so this really hurt me financially in addition to emotionally). I really wish that Outkast would have really listened to this cd themselves before exposing it to the innocent public...and get a little taste of their own poison--realize that this album was a waste of money ($18.95!!!! ahhh!!!) and time. I give this cd a 2 just because of the shear effort for trying to be original... there were instances of good music through both cds (i'd say about 15 secs every 30 min for The Love Below), this album was still a complete failure and did not live up to the expectations and true ability of Outkast. Wait...oh crap i gave them a 1!!...well its not like they deserved it anyways :-).

Terrenc W gave it a 10:
Perfection of one's art has been attained. If perfection is attainable. OUTKAST has found it and went miles beyond it.

Rafae1 W. gave it a 10:
BEST ALBUM OF THE YEAR!!! Everyone else needs to pay attention to what Outkast puts out because it is consistantly off the chains and never the same ol' stuff other people put out after they experience breakout success... Peaces

Adonis gave it a 5:
I give it a 5 because only half of the cd is even worth hearing. How can you call youself an hip hop artist, when u sing (very badly at that) the entire album.

Larry T gave it a 10:
Whats there to say that hasnt been said They wrecked on the 2 disks

sterrllsss gave it a 10:
andre and big boi are both off the hook and both there CD's are off the hook....... (ICE COLD)

infuckincredible

Bennie J gave it a 9:
If there was ever a doubt about who is #1 - ERASE IT! Funky, complex, brilliance!

Brandon R gave it a 10:
This is one of the best Outkast albums. A lot of people do not understand the statements that Andre is to make, but that why he added 3000, because he is ahead of his time. To all the critics of 3000, close your mouth and open your mind. Stop looking at the way he dresses and listen to the music.

rick r gave it a 10:
holy what? this cd is too funky-fresh to exist. i dont believe its real....i wanna concieve my first child to this album.

I have mixed feelings on the album. Didn't like Dre's CD much

Boyd B gave it a 10:
this album is there 2nd best next to there 1st one.... i did not think it could be done and they did it.....

Shanese J. gave it a 10:
This album is HOT!! Andre' 3000 & Big Boi have been making music for a while, and I haven't heard nothing like this from them...they're full of suprises! This album will most likely be voted album of the year. They BOTH did their thing...but personally, I like Andre's solo album out of the two. Most won't understand it but it takes people who listen and don't judge often to really comprehend. Pure Genius!!!

David Charles B. gave it a 10:
Excellent album by OutKast, Better than Stankonia, but not as good as Atliens, but then again Atliens is the best album ever. Just buy this and enjoy it.

Asafo S gave it a 10:
This album is incredible. Both artists continue Outkast's hard-paved legacy. One thing remains evident...they are perfect complements to one another musically, and would be longer lived as a group.

CJ McIntosh gave it a 10:
Awesome. These guys are so cool it's insane.

Lourdes R gave it a 10:
I think im in love again. Stank you, Smelly much.

Ben D gave it a 9:
This album is deck. Keep up the good work, brothers

Zeeshaan B gave it a 10:
This CD is excellent. Both artists do an amazing job in displaying their creativity and talent. Definitely one of the best rap albums in recent years.

Peter G gave it a 10:
Outkast just keeps getting better and better, not just taking hip-hop to a new level, but bring soul music back to were it used. I suggest everyone listen to it with an open mind.

someone another last chicken gave it a 9:
great cd. Speakerboxxx gets an 8.5, while The Love Below gets at 10, so I comprimised with a 9.

Jon R gave it a 10:
I love these 2 guys.. never heard a record even near their quality!!

Christophe H gave it a 9:
Big Boi and André, you guys rule! This is fun from start to end!!!

Dominique J gave it a 10:
One of the best and most creative I have heard in years. This is one of the rare albums that critics and fans enjoy.

Paul F gave it a 10:
This is one of my favorite albums ever, and i almost never listen to rap. Speakerboxxx didn't do as much for me (not really a big rap fan), but I'm gonna give it another couple listens. The Love Below made it totally worth buying.

Russ W gave it a 10:
Excellent album which deserves the highest alcolades

George Michael gave it a 10:
AMAZING! ALBUM OF THE YEAR!!!

Julian gave it a 10:
Wow...the love below is the SHIT!

Brandon S. gave it a 10:
This is awesome, these are a couple of incredible albums. I thought Stankonia was good, but this tops it. "The love below" is better than speakerboxxx.

Shaun P gave it a 10:
Pure Hip-Hop!!! Both albums tell the story of Hip-hop and where it's heading. It's a great break from the cookie cutter garbadge out now!!!

Vejay S gave it a 10:
An absolutely astonishing achievement ... I can't stop listening to it.

Joseph L gave it a 9:
2 thumbs up!!! This is the best cd out this year. I've always been an outkast fan and this time they have out done themselves. Keep it Big Boi and 'Dre.

Russ W gave it a 10:
One of the best albums this year!

Glen C gave it a 10:
Both CDs are excelent, they havent even left my cd player since i purchaced them!

san juan de marco gave it a 9:
this album is fastastically superb. outkastcadillacmuzik at its best. the love below is the funkiest to date....and speakerboxxx is hip hop on acid. buy the album. drink. swish. swallow.

Andrew C gave it a 9:
Not as good as Stankonia or Aquemini, but still outstanding. The only thing that hurts the discs are that dre's songs are very repititious and big boi taints his work with rappers that aren't up to par with himself (ludacris).

Adam C gave it a 2:
I give it a 2 because it only has 2 songs worth a listen and both will be singles, save your money. At first this cd is very strange, after listening to it SEVERAL times trying to like it, I have managed to salvage only 2 maybe 3 songs worthy of air-play. Album of the yeah....doubt it, i rank it down there with DMX grand champ. These guys need to be together to survive. Better luck next time.

agent f gave it a 10:
Either cd could be candidate for album of the year, though short on tracks featuring both dre and big boi. This is really two excellent solo albums... dre's cd is very likely to be misunderstood and unappreciated by some.....but it is nothing short of genius!!!!!

Twane J gave it a 10:
This album is the best album of the year and several before for that matter in the genre of Hip Hop, Rap, and several others.

Raphael S gave it a 9:
it's amazing!!!

[Anonymous] gave it a 10:
The Love Below is a killa knockin' boots cd, and Speakerboxxx is sooooo hot that it's meltin' snow out here in Denver!!!

Kay M gave it a 10:
Not turning a blind eye to their differences, but rather embracing them - each on their very own special disc. That's what differentiates the eccentric from the plain. Vibrate higher!

Sheila gave it a 10:
Love Dre's C.D. It's off the hook! Prototype, spread, valentines day! Every song on this C.D. is nice.

jelani gave it a 10:
Off da CHAIN!!!

jason gave it a 9:
Big Boi's cd is just a great hip-hop album, with great track after great track. It's true that Andre's disc is weird. But it's also true that with each listen it gets better and better. These two cds make the perfect combination.

epr_paradox gave it a 10:
andre 3000's love below is some of the most original music released in this decade. together with speakerboxxx this 2 disk set stands as a much needed burst in hip hop evolution.

Dave Mac gave it a 10:
Deffinitely listen to Dre's cd more than once, GIVE IT A CHANCE BABY. Big Boi's is likable from the start but Dre's casts a spell on you over time. GREAT ALBUM(s)

b bean gave it a 10:
To those who think 3000's half is lacking, show me any recent record in hip-hop, rock, funk, or jazz, with as much musical and lyrical exploration. To say he wanders immaturely is to ignore creative genius; you would have thought Salvador Dali was a horny child (not that there's anything wrong with behing a horny child). Dre still shows us his compositional skills, while reminding us that his rhymes are quite possibly the best out there, matched only by few including Big Boi. Speakerboxxx is just as impressive: while sticking closer to the present-day hip-hop, Mr. Patton has taken us a step closer to perfecting the genre (don't forget that 3000 also co-produced a lot of these tracks). Show me vocal talents, horn arrangements, basslines, and beats like this on any other rap/r&b record. Andre explores his musical roots while suggesting elements of future style - his greatest experiment yet. Big Boi's flows are better than ever, and I'm confident that he will be a major player in hip-hop for decades to come. This is a must have, and though Grammy Awards mean jack sh**, it had better win Album of the Year.

Emerson D gave it a 10:
Arguable flaws, truly visionary, I would really rate them separately as Speakerboxxx 9 and The Love Below 10, but putting them together Andre brings up the average just enough. Best rap group ever, and not an easy thing to admit either.

Ate Oh Ate gave it a 10:
ain't no half steppin this one. crunk like what. completely refreshes the entire Hip-Hop cache, sets a whole nuther bar for generations to come. nothing this revolutionary since tha mothership landed in '72 and P-Funk stepped out. props to tha 404 an tha Boomboom Room regulars.

D Cipher_7 gave it a 10:
Outkast has once again raised the bar for artist in the hiphop industry. Big Boi reclaims his stand as one of the top mcs in the industry when he rips thru a variety of different tracks from crunk, to southernfunkdafied on his solo shot. Andre3000 has litterally done the equivalent to reinventing the wheel in the industry by single handedly becoming the protocol for every artist in every genre. One word to describe his album...WOE!

Andre N gave it a 10:
Please get these cds, they're absolutely amazing. They have become the soundtrack of my life.

carlo s gave it a 10:
this album is insane and couragous it better get album of the year

justin j gave it a 10:
Unbelievable. Both of these discs completely blow me away. Dre and Big continue to push the envelope and find new outlets for their creative genius. BUY IT NOW!

Jared B gave it a 10:
Phat, ill, and everything else inbetween, a true collaboration of talents. Allowing the personalities of each to shine in one beautiful jewelry case is my heaven! Thank you Outkast for breaking your second release into my top 10 albums of all time. Aquemni, meet SpeakerboxxTheLoveBelow.

Kdog Kdog gave it a 10:
Best hip-hop album I ever heard and I've heard 'em all. Very unique and different. Whatever I'm feeling at the time, I just put that CD on. awesome.

Byronius Punk gave it a 10:
I don't like most hip-hop, and I especially dislike the cutesy-poo (or alternately thug b.s.) skits that come between songs. OutKast is truly in a class of its own. The skits are on point, as is the rest of the double CD set. This is a masterpiece...Probably the best of 2003.

Strugglin Forever gave it a 10:
The CD combined is TIGHT. The Love Below is just what music needs right now (Something different). I'm tired of hearing the Hip Hop and R&B blend (Rappers trying to sing over a R&B hook). Outkast separated the two. With Big Boi covering the Hip Hop and Dre with his melodic CD.

lewis alex gave it a 10:
love adre3000's cd, but big bois is garbage. what they need to do is stay together and keep putting out the hits.

adam k gave it a 10:
Best album in 20 years

natasha s gave it a 10:
i love the cd especially dre's because he has a lot of nice beats and words in his songs. the love below makes you wanna love somebody and speakerboxxx just makes you wanna go out and party somewhere also the lil interlude with his song is very nice his son sounds real cute!

steven h gave it a 10:
outkast has again shown why they have been on top of there game as a group since 94, and all the hating groups need to stop with the break up rumors

Tavares S gave it a 10:
If I could give it a 20 I would. Both CDs are innovative and creative. Definitely album of the year and raises the bar for music across all genres. The re-evolution is upon us!

kay dee gave it a 10:
This is by far the best Outkast album ever. READ MY TEXTThis album will sell 10 million copies by the end of the year.

Javier D gave it a 10:
They done did it again! And now double the fun.. Spekerboxxx totaly goes far beyond what any raper is even thinking about these days. My fav track so far On SBXXX has to be Unhappy. As for Andre (Ice Cold) 3000, He creates a new sound all together . Just call is Sophistifunk. If i had to pick my fav track on "The love below " it has to be spread. I cought them in the morning on Regis and Kelly(break out your biskits and jelly!!) Them Arista cats are good!!!

MrsDre3000 gave it a 10:
Perfect!!! Big Boi is still bangin and Andre 3000 is so talented I practically cried listening to him.

Nigel C gave it a 9:
The only reason i didn't give it a ten is because i haven't figured out what the hell "The Love Below" is!

dave r gave it a 10:
about 40 tracks. over 2 hours of listening pleasure. each song hits another unique topic and takes the listener to another train of thought all together. i think some people are afraid to tell the truth that they like the solo debuts from this duo because if there are too many critics saying its a masterpiece, outkast could stay this way. hell, if they continue to make music this great, i won't mind.

Jeff gave it a 10:
Few commercial artists around take as many risks as this album does. Buy this CD now...thank me later.

G Reg gave it a 10:
slick as a curl, smooth as a pearl

hardCore izdaman gave it a 10:
so damn stanky!

Listner gave it a 10:
Ill admit when i first hey ya I was like what the hell but i kept listening to both cds and i think this is the best album i bought by far it.

Aaron B gave it a 10:
I will have to say I was disappointed when I heard Andre wouldn't be rapping on this upcoming album, but now that i have been listening I am in love with this cd. Big Boi brings more of the same Outkast goodness while Dre takes a leap and I think his stuff is incredable. This album is so original for a hip-hop album that no wonder they keep gettting nominated for awards.

Enrique G gave it a 10:
Masterpiece is the word.this is the real hiphop no bling bling just real hip hop

Adam M gave it a 10:
Outkast continue to flip it better than any group in the game. Continuing to diversify as their careers lengthen, they're sure to impress us for years to come. Dope underground shit: Viktor Vaughn - Vaudeville Villain

Pounds Kbfunk gave it a 10:
Q magazine writes, "The Love Below isn't really hip hop at all", but so what if it not hip hop-it's better than hip hop-it's music!! Album of the year! Hands down!

Ash S gave it a 10:
I give this album a Super 10. Outkasts' style and and content are ever changing. Anyone whose tired of all the same ideas and concepts that are going on today can appreciate the diversity brought to the table by this flawless duo. The album is diverse and touches every emotion and feeling inside my body. It takes me on a journey to seek out the many sides and personas of the group. Anytime an artist can let their fans in like that it must be appreciated.

ken m gave it a 10:
Perfect. @ unique and totally different cd's that are the two best hi hop cd's of the year by themselve's. Outkast has outdone itself again.

gabriel h gave it a 10:
i love this album cause here we have two individuals who do not let egos get in the way and it is completely different tone from what other artist have to say. They do not fear in trying new things and we need more groups such as Outkast who are willing to experiment with sound and talk about things we can relate too. Gabo Mad Ciphas

Tim W gave it a 10:
not as solid as stankonia, but bigger, bolder and more matured. Outkast is definately pushing the envelope in a genre that's grown stale. There are only a few musicians/bands out there right now who are able to be both commercial and experimental, Outkast is successful in both arenas!

Richard E gave it a 10:
I think these cds, with out a shadow of a doubt, are two of the brilliant cd' of our generation. I think our kid's kids will listen to the cds in 25 years and say.......DAMN, Ahead of thier time.

Aris M gave it a 10:
Bout' time for something different and the boyz are on point as usual. Love the diversity.

D Rob gave it a 10:
OutKast continues to raise the bar for other so-called "hip-hop artists". Music is SUPPOSED to be ever-evolving while keeping it's true roots. They hardly ever sample songs and their message is the same on both individual albums to a trained ear...wake up and spread love. Heed #8/Speakerboxxx and #14/Love Below- same message, different messenger. They did it again....

Asheky ssss gave it a 10:
its hot!

Corey W gave it a 9:
Sophistifunk - is this what we are supposed to call it? I do believe so. Number of people shot and drugs taken in this album? Zero. So it doesn't fit the "mold" that's been placed on "Rap" by the big Record Labels who refuse to sign great acts and instead promote former drug runners and gangsters... Outkast blows everything out there in the big poppy prefab world and delivers a very fine-tuned and genre-busting CD. Great album, enough said. E-Zines like Stylus shouldn't be counted in the whole of the Metacritic rating system, they obviously listen to too much 50 Cent and The Neptunes (which would make anyone sane enough not to be swayed by Pharell's bank account throw up), not enough "real rap."

Chris C gave it a 10:
This album has got to be tha best of all tha outkast collection. If you've never heard outkast pick this album up... Believe me ya'll thank me latta

Jason C gave it a 10:
This particular cd far surpassed anything that had ever been attempted to be created. The love below is the decades best most intresting album. Me being from the south, Huntsville, Alabama i am proud to play this cd anywhere i go. Not to be forgotten Big Boi's Speakerboxxx shows why outkast, cee lo green, and ludacris are the tightest lyracist out. Frankly put these guys is (off the brain).

uncut black soul of the past...not some water down what rapper think white people want to here b.s......they ( meaning outkast) wont have to worry about people making comparsion to other albums cos they aint much to compare it too. they sound like no rap group in history you cant play these songs out its impossble .....this is probably the only music period they has caught up to the present times ...all these dead beat singers do is bite off old beats and sing song about what ever white people want fancy cars fancy women and a lot of money....any way it makes proud to be black when i here music like this.....cant no white cat come behind them and copy because they have no rhthem big up outkast one love black power

Top album of the year so far. Best hip hop double album to come out EVER ( even considering 2Pac & Notorious BIG)!

This album is weird as hell at first...keep listening. PLEASE. This albums takes a keen year to understand it. Keep listening to it over and over again. It may be too overwhelming at first, but once you listen through it a few times you'll love it.

Ingenious. Dre`s part "Love Below" would itself be best album of the year.

Its a good CD. It has lots of original songs. None of that lil' kim crap, none of that stupid 50 cent nonesense. Its something new.

Great album, the first disk continues the 'outkast' feeling. The 2nd CD is excellent in it's own way. It explores a lot of untouched areas by hip-hop artist. When i noticed the track with Norah Jones (Take Off Your Cool), I was shocked. Great purchase.
